Our Record

The Tinney Law Firm has succeeded in a number of appeals cases. In one notable case, we represented The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia in a suit and subsequent appeal to the Fourth Circuit. In that case, (Norfolk Southern Railway Company, et al. v. Chief Justice Warren R. McGraw, et al. 71 F. App'x 967, 2003 WL 21958324 (4th Cir. 2003), the Norfolk Southern Railway challenged West Virginia state court rules of procedure. The Tinney Law Firm prevailed on behalf of our client, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
