Summary Judgment Granted

On July 16, 2007, The Tinney Law Firm secured a summary judgment decision, on behalf of Better Foods, Inc., in an employment action filed by a former employee. Of the six claims originally contained in the complaint, only one survived and advanced to the next stage of litigation. Judgment was entered for Better Foods on the counts of permitting sexual harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, breach of contractual duty, and denial of Worker's Compensation claims.
