Tinney Law Firm attorney Sean Cook speaks to the crowd at the recent "Vote Yes" gathering with Kanawha County Commissioners Kent Carper and Hoppy Shores along with Tri-State Racetrack General Manager Kathy Brackvill. The "Vote Yes" campaign hopes to assure the economic growth and vitality of Kanawha County by casting votes in support of table gaming.
