Evidentiary Phase of the Bench Trial Involving the Liability for the Failure of the First National Bank of Keystone Completed on June 10

John Tinney, Kim Fields, and lawyers from the D.C. firm of Meyer Brown Rowe & Maw defended Grant Thornton, the bank's last outside auditor, in the FDIC's suit. U.S. District Judge David Faber will review thousands of documents and trial transcripts before hearing closing arguments on August 20, 2004.
