Case Remanded for Third Sentencing

Jack Tinney and Jim Tinney have successfully appealed a federal criminal sentence for the second time. On May 8, 2006, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals remanded the case of United States v. Warren Sanders, a/k/a "New York Mike", for the second time after finding that the district court erred by sentencing Sanders pursuant to the then-mandatory United States Sentencing Guidelines.
