Our Practice Areas
Much of our work involves business litigation, antitrust litigation, products liability litigation, and environmental and toxic tort matters on behalf of business and insurance company clients. We undertake professional liability litigation involving accounting firms, engineering and architectural firms, and other professional groups.
We represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries and losses as the result of negligent accidents. Our firm defends the rights and freedom of persons accused of white collar crimes and other felonies or serious crimes.
The Tinney Law Firm conducts an active appeals practice, and has won several significant appellate cases.
