Admitted to practice in 1999, Mrs. Foster Kittredge has a diverse history in the legal field, having began her career as counsel to the West Virginia Senate Finance Committee before honing her skills in the appellate arena as an Assistant Attorney General in the WV Attorney General's Office, practicing regularly in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Thereafter, Mrs. Foster Kittredge moved into private practice where she has continually focused on litigation.
At the Tinney Law Firm, Mrs. Foster Kittredge focuses primarily on litigation, particularly on the defense of national and multi-national corporations in complex litigation in both the state and federal courts.
